Volunteer shifts during event

Check Out (Shift time: 8-11 pm)
Task Description: Duties will include assisting event staff in walking guests through the payment processes, figuring purchase totals, and making monetary transactions

Greeters Outside (shift time 5:30-8 pm)
Task Description: Greeters will be stationed outside the entrances. Duties will include welcoming guests, directing them, and providing general event information.

Exit greeters (shift time 8:30-11 pm)
Task Description: Help guest carry artwork to their cars

Volunteer shifts before or after the event. All volunteers will receive free admission to the event.

Art Wrapping
Shift time Wednesday, June 4, time TBA
Task Description: Invetory, Tag, and wrap all artwork for transport

Load Out
Shift time Friday June 6, time TBA
Task Description: Move artwork from CAP offices to trucks. Group of 5-10 people welcome!
Qualifications: ability to lift and carry 25 pounds

Set Up
Shift time Saturday, June 7, 9:00 am-1:00 pm Groups especially welcome!
Task Description: Set-Up Volunteers will assist in all aspects of readying the venue pre-event Set-up duties will include loading and unloading the artwork and panels, assisting the hangers in setting the artwork, setting up tables and chairs as necessary, as well as other tasks to be determined.
Qualifications: Energetic, self motivated-able to see what needs to be done and do it, ability to lift and carry 25 pounds.

Strike
Shift time Saturday, June 7 10:00 pm-midnight Groups especially welcome!
Task Description: Strike Volunteers will assist in all aspects of tearing down/ cleaning up post-event. Strike duties include tearing down and cleaning the venue to return it to its pre-event state.
Qualifications: Energetic, self motivated-able to see what needs to be done and do it, ability to lift and carry 25 pounds
